We have been vodacom customers for ages now and have not had issues. However we noticed that on my fathers (pensioner) phone bill invoice, there is a charge that has been coming off for months of R250, which is labeled as "Entertainment Services" and when I looked, he has been signed up for "ATP Golden pass" at R8 per day! HE DOESNT EVEN WATCH TENNIS, nevermind ever signing up or consenting to be billed. Vodacom please follow up as we need to sort a refund out. You have charged a pensioner atleast R750+ over these last months
I must say that I was not sure if I wanted to use chata tech as the company to fix my iphone through our insurance merely because of the bad ratings online. I want to clarify that their communication was exceptional and the phone was handled with care as I got my phone back in perfect condition with the replaced screen and the backlight unit, as well as my battery which I was not expecting but was amazing to find out.
