I am a South African merchant (Vamst Spa Equipment). A customer (Travis Green) paid R32,000 for equipment. I delivered the goods. He signed a waybill. He confirmed receipt on WhatsApp. He later emailed me confirming delivery. He filed a false chargeback claiming non-delivery. I won — the dispute was declined. But PayStack keeps reopening the same dispute. They have done this multiple times now. Each time I provide proof, they ask for something else. Now they want me to get the customer on a phone call. That is not my job. My account has been disabled for weeks. My payout of R30,858 is frozen. I have provided: · Signed waybill · WhatsApp confirmation · Email confirmation from the customer · Invoice · Supplier invoice · Proof of payment to supplier PayStack is protecting a ****mer instead of protecting me.
