My experience with GLP1-2U has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I placed my order and made payment immediately as requested. After nearly a week with no updates, I had to start following up via WhatsApp and email. They were quick to acknowledge receipt of my payment, but that’s where the efficiency ended. For days, my messages were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses. At one point, after repeated follow-ups, I was told my parcel would be sent out the same day — which never happened. The next day, I was told it was “being processed,” yet still no progress. Concerned, I asked whether they actually had stock available and even requested to switch to an alternative product. They responded saying they could “work something out,” but then once again went completely silent. I asked for a simple phone call to resolve the matter — no response. I requested a refund if the product was unavailable — still no feedback. All communication has been through WhatsApp, with no alternative contact method available, which makes resolving issues nearly impossible. It is incredibly frustrating how quickly they took my money, but how poorly they handle customer service and communication thereafter. I would strongly caution others before ordering from them.
