STAY AWAY - TOTALLY UNDERHANDED GLP-1to you - that they are now named. Cell number :- 0824833046 They take your money send part of the order and you don’t receive the rest of your order. They lie and make excuses. You cannot get hold of them if they do not bother to reply back to you by WA. You can email and just get ignored. They have ****** just over R1000.00 from me.

My experience with GLP1-2U has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I placed my order and made payment immediately as requested. After nearly a week with no updates, I had to start following up via WhatsApp and email. They were quick to acknowledge receipt of my payment, but that’s where the efficiency ended. For days, my messages were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses. At one point, after repeated follow-ups, I was told my parcel would be sent out the same day — which never happened. The next day, I was told it was “being processed,” yet still no progress. Concerned, I asked whether they actually had stock available and even requested to switch to an alternative product. They responded saying they could “work something out,” but then once again went completely silent. I asked for a simple phone call to resolve the matter — no response. I requested a refund if the product was unavailable — still no feedback. All communication has been through WhatsApp, with no alternative contact method available, which makes resolving issues nearly impossible. It is incredibly frustrating how quickly they took my money, but how poorly they handle customer service and communication thereafter. I would strongly caution others before ordering from them.

First order was delivered. Second order only recieved one of three products ordered after a month. No reply from them. It seems they cant keep up with orders and just keep taking money for products they don't have in stock so at this point it's a *****ulent establishment that stole R1700 from me.

They were such a top company :( now im speechless. Take your money and then dead silence. No feedback at all. It's a guessing game when and IF you will get your product. Who else can we order from

This business does not communicate with you. I placed an order on the 7th of January 2025. When I inquire I might her a response a week later saying they are waiting for stock.i had to buy from another supplier as I ran out of stock. I have now requested a refund on email, WhatsApp and I get no response. When I try and phone the phone gets pushed dead. This Business is terrible I would advise people to stay away.

Very bad experience. I ordered on 8 January 2026. Up to date I have not receive anything. After two week I begged them for a reply I don't want to loose my money on which they rep**** they are waiting for stock. Then they add a whatsapp status apologizing for the delay. After that they confirm they don't have stock of the GLP I have ordered. I paid in extra for a product they had in stock after they have confirmed. It has been 2 weeks now. Still no confirmation that my package has been sent. They dont reply on my whatsapp. I dont know what to do anymore. R2500 down the drain.

if i could give this company no stars, i would have. The service is very poor. I ordered the 8 Dec 2025, after contacting them i eventually got a message that my package will be partially shipped. I am still waiting for my other product. I will report this site on every platform warning people not to buy from them. This is theft, they took my money and have not received my goods.
