Shoddy service
I placed an order 21 April, confirmation stated 2-3 days delivery. Paid my bill incl shipping. As of today 1 May, I am still waiting. Attempted communications by phone, Whattsapp and email have had zero response. Not sure if this works out or not, am still hoping they will ship. But my recommendation is that you pay extra and use a reputable supplier.

Mia & Leah : STINK
Ditto all the other posts. This is the worst on-line experience i have ever experienced. Shipping took 3 months, and I had to pay R41,40 to South African post office (nogal- it came by sea) to receive my parcel. Order was placed with free shipping! Item, when finally received, was made from a cheap, synthetic material and not similar to the picture. All responses to my queries were AI generated. My request: PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
