I am extremely disappointed with the service from Allport Cargo Services. Trying to get assistance has been a nightmare. Their phones constantly go to voicemail, and when someone finally answers, they are unhelpful and come across as rude. I was told that my parcel hasn’t even arrived in South Africa and that they haven’t received it, yet I’ve been given conflicting information elsewhere. To make matters worse, I was told twice that they would email me with more details and call me back — and I am still waiting. No follow-up, no communication, nothing. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase basic information or deal with such poor communication. I expected far better.
If i could give 0 stars i would I am extremely frustrated with the lack of clear communication and consistency. I have been calling since 09 April 2026, and every time I speak to someone, I get a completely different answer about my package. One person says it’s being handed over to Fastway, another says it’s still going through customs, and someone else tells me it hasn’t even arrived in South Africa yet. This is unacceptable. How can a company not have accurate, up-to-date information on a customer’s parcel? like no one actually knows what’s going on, and customers are just being told whatever And the staff is very rude The one asked me why don't contact temu They don't even have a contact number I never experienced this kind of service with fastway
