There’s an unauthorized debit order from a company called ONE WORLD TELECOMS PTY LTD and the ultimate collector is 1STHEALTH with the reference number ****552. They debited R96.00 on the 31st of March at 18:53 and last month the 30th of April 18:54. When I checked in my App what this debit order is all about and I found out that it was created on the 28th of June 2021 with amount to be deducted of R95.00 and max of R142.50 on the 25th of every month. Can you kindly call me on 0683879423 from the company to explain what the contract is all about and to cancel it. I would like to get refunded because I don’t remember authorizing for this debit order and also taking a contract under this company.
I'm writing this review as a last resort after months of dealing with Telkom's appalling customer service and unresolved issues. Case #92966090 has been pending since March 18th, and I'm still waiting for a resolution. In early 2025, I took out a 40GB LTE contract with a router, paying R200/month. Last November, an agent offered me bonus data, assuring no contract changes or fees. Next thing I know, my contract's changed to 80GB Mobile Data, and I'm charged R630 without consent. I cancelled the contract, but they kept deducting money, affecting my credit score and now impacting my house purchase. Despite numerous visits to the Carlton Centre store and daily calls, I'm met with excuses and no resolution. The investigator, Mr Molefe if I’m not mistaken called me with this number +27 (10) 061-2986 on the 20th of March at 13:50 and promised a verdict but disappeared. Telkom's communication is non-existent, and I'm left battling their incompetence. If you're considering Telkom, think twice. Their billing errors and lack of accountability can cost you more than just money. Telkom: Fix your systems and customer service before more people suffer like me. Case #92966090, please assist.
