Poor service
The company kept on harassing me and phoning 20 times a day to make arrangements for my account payments.I settled both accounts send through the p.o.p.two days after that they send me a sms:Dear Miss HARTMANN, Thank You for your recent Truworths payment. Please continue to make regular payment, and reply Yes for a callback from CSS. Tel: *** ***.I emailed and whatsapped them to find out what payments since my accounts have been settled.Now they don't bother to respond via WhatsApp or email
