As a surviving spouse, Sentinel has failed me. If it was possible to give them a minus rating, i would My husband passed away in October 2025, and i did their claim a few days later No one comes back to me No feedback No call No email And your call centre keep one hanging for 20 minutes until the phone cuts off without even answering That's really pathetic client service for a company of your calibre Im juggling ***** since October to keep up financially without any other income I am dying over here. I dont know where to turn to Its 7 months later! And still nothing...

No phonecalls back...No answers given...No Communication Whatsoever I'm not allowed to talk to someone higher....and they can see its somewhere at a warehouse but cannot give the detail out, according to todays phonecall.
