***** with no assistance
I need post bank to contact me and give me feedback regarding my ***** query on my disabled brothers account his card was cloned where his money has been taken out of the account for the last 4 months and no one is helping me I'm sending many emails the contact centre does not help but on Google it states we are able to call for assistance regarding ***** cases but then told we have to email...this is getting out of hand its been many months and I want feedback urgently I need to be called on ***...I see many people gave been having the same issue as me does postbank not understand tese are the frail and vulnerable that is been taken advantage of and they have no compassion to assist and furthermore what kind of a bank is this where ***** is happening so easily and often makes me wonder and I would definitely give you'll a 0 rating on everything this is pathetic to be putting people through this and still be a operating bank..
