Absolutely unacceptable experience at Nu Metro Cavendish VIP. 20 minutes into Super Mario, a woman and three kids squeezed into seats around us (two people per seat), leaving my son and I cramped and uncomfortable, while they talked throughout the movie. Completely ruined the experience. When I raised this with the manager, Mr Rayern Maharaj, he was dismissive and claimed the cinema is not responsible for customer behaviour, and blamed me for not reporting it during the movie. That response alone is shocking for a “VIP” cinema. To make matters worse, head office simply backed him up and said this is the only response I’ll get. No accountability, no apology, no resolution. You charge premium prices but offer zero customer care when it matters. Sort this out
