Please avoid signing a lease with this management group at all costs. We’ve been without water for 3 weeks now with zero communication from them. They don’t pay their bills but expect rental payments every month. They are unable to communicate and have nothing in order. Avoid them at all costs
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding continued billing by MTN despite the cancellation of my contract. I initially contacted MTN via email on 03 February 2026 to give notice of cancellation of my WiFi contract. I was later advised to visit a physical store, which I did on 04 February 2026. During this visit, I was informed that I needed to return the router, even though my intention at the time was to give notice of cancellation. I was subsequently advised by the store that I could proceed with the cancellation on 28 February 2026, as there was no notice period required and I had already paid for the full month of February. On 28 February 2026, I returned to the store, successfully cancelled the WiFi contract, and returned the router as instructed. Despite this: I was billed again in March 2026. I then contacted MTN and received written email confirmation that the contract had been cancelled. However, I have now been billed again for April 2026. This ongoing billing is incorrect, as the contract was properly cancelled and all required steps, including the return of equipment, were completed.
