I would like to share my experience regarding an unsatisfactory experience at Tony’s Spaghetti Grill. Approximately a month ago, I placed a takeaway order for two pizzas. Upon collection, my husband was informed that the order was incorrect and was required to wait an additional 40 minutes. Unfortunately, even after the delay, the pizzas received were still not in the correct sizes as ordered. Upon returning home, we found that the salami pizza tasted off. Only one piece was partially consumed, after which I returned the pizza the following day. During my interaction with the manager, I was informed that the matter would need to be investigated, including checking expiry dates and potentially sending the pizza for testing. While I understand the need for due process, I felt that my concern was not taken seriously. It has now been over a month, and I have not received any feedback or follow-up regarding this matter. Additionally, I found the manager’s conduct to be unprofessional, as there was a noticeable smell of alcohol during our interaction. Based on this experience, and previous instances of slow service, I am disappointed in the overall level of customer care. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
