Rude and *********** service by all of the staff including the manager
I purchased tickets for the event scheduled for 28 February 2026 via your website. Upon receiving the tickets, I noticed that two different dates were reflected, which I reasonably assumed to be a system error. On 26 February 2026, I contacted your company for clarification and was only then informed that the event had been postponed. As I am not available on the new date, I immediately requested a refund. Your agent advised that refunds are not permitted, stating that the event links had already been updated. This information is incorrect, as the February date link and promotional poster were still active and accessible at the time of my purchase and enquiry. I believe I have received poor service, and it is unfair to hold me accountable for system errors and unclear communication on your platform. I purchased the tickets in good faith for the original date. I therefore formally request a full refund of R700. I trust that this matter will be resolved promptly and professionally.
