Houterasies after service and communication is so bad

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order in December 2025, and the product I received was not usable as the card slots were too tight. After raising the issue, I was told it’s a standard design and would improve over time, which is not acceptable. A replacement was promised, but despite being told twice that it has been couriered, I still haven’t received it. Poor communication and no follow-through. I would not recommend.
