Amazon sold blacklisted phones and aren't giving a refund
Amazon used a courier to pick up the blacklisted phone that they sold me on the 30 April and they received it on 5 May. I am still waiting for my refund and when I contact them, they just tell me that they are escalating my claim as the phone was bought over a year ago. This doesn't change the fact that they sold me a blacklisted phone.0 replies
