Amazon used a courier to pick up the blacklisted phone that they sold me on the 30 April and they received it on 5 May. I am still waiting for my refund and when I contact them, they just tell me that they are escalating my claim as the phone was bought over a year ago. This doesn't change the fact that they sold me a blacklisted phone.
Samsung A05 phone was fine for 18 months then stopped reading the SIM card. According to SAMSUNG the phone is 'blocked' due to it being either ****** or counterfeit. This applies to two phones of this type bought within a week of each other and the problem started after the phone upgraded. According to the SAMSUNG shop in Canal Walk 12 other people had the same problem. Amazon are impossible to contact and this cannot be brought to their attention. Our replacement phones were bought at a shop. Be warned!
