I bought a phone in January this year , it had a problem 2 days after I purchased it , I sent it back to them and it came back with the same problem . I thought the problem was the screen then I decided to change the screen but the problem was still there,the other technician who changed my screen said the problem is the cpu not the screen bcs if it was the screen why does it still have the same problem , I sent the the phone on the 2nd of March again and told them the problem . The technician told me about the changed screen , I told him that they must not mind the screen bcs the problem is not the screen but the CPU , now he told me my phone is qouted , How ?? Because I bought the phone with the problem now I must pay for it ? Where am I going to get the money to pay their poor device? I've never used that phone in peace it always froze , or lag while using it . I'm so disappointed because I haven't received my phone since the 2nd of March it's now the 20th but my phone is still there.
