Customer complaint
I bought a phone in January this year , it had a problem 2 days after I purchased it , I sent it back to them and it came back with the same problem . I thought the problem was the screen then I decided to change the screen but the problem was still there,the other technician who changed my screen said the problem is the cpu not the screen bcs if it was the screen why does it still have the same problem , I sent the the phone on the 2nd of March again and told them the problem . The technician told me about the changed screen , I told him that they must not mind the screen bcs the problem is not the screen but the CPU , now he told me my phone is qouted , How ?? Because I bought the phone with the problem now I must pay for it ? Where am I going to get the money to pay their poor device? I've never used that phone in peace it always froze , or lag while using it . I'm so disappointed because I haven't received my phone since the 2nd of March it's now the 20th but my phone is still there.

Bad Company
Mobi Trade is one of the worst resellers in South Africa. They take the payment but they don’t deliver the phone and they ignore you on whatsapp and Instagram and they have turned off their comments on instagram. I bought a iPhone from them more than a month ago and now they are ignoring me after making the payment and I know I got the correct number since it’s the one on instagram and on the official website.

Bad Company
Mobi Trade is one of the worst resellers in South Africa. They take the payment but they don’t deliver the phone and they ignore you on whatsapp and Instagram and they have turned off their comments on instagram. I bought a iPhone from them more than a month ago and now they are ignoring me after making the payment and I know I got the correct number since it’s the one on instagram and on the official website.

Mobi trade did me Dirty, 3 **** iPhone in a 6 months spc
I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max( rose gold in colour) on the 21st December 2024 then I later noticed that something was wrong with the Front camera I reported to them and they said I shoul resend the phone, prio to sending the phone back to them I noticed something else, the phone just froze on the screen, you could see someone calling and be unable to swipe to answer, then I immediately sent it back. I get a massage that they are sending me another device( a grey one) it came and I used its for a month then one morning I woke up to it ringing, it was Showing a Yellow colour on the sccreen, frozen on the screen. There I was again asking calling Mr Mike Rajah if they are sure the phones they’re are not **** or dummy phones, and they said I must send it back to them . I sent the phone back, it was still under warranty (6 months warranty) and they assessed it and said I need to pay R10000 for an LCD that was broken, I told them I can’t pay such amount and the warranty has not lapsed yet rather I sell it back to them because I don’t trust thier gudgets anymore, they refused an offered to send me another device (blue) a 3rd one, I accepted they sent it. Now this 3rd device doesn’t have flash light or it’s not working, I was still shook by that and again the back Camera is not work, it just shows blank blac colour , it’s not imaging. Like studio angina kuthwan nge slungu. Mobi Trade SA you did me dirty

Unsatisfactory service
My mom bought a phone from mobi trade, iPhone 11 and it only worked well hardly 3months. It had battery issues. They then said she should perhaps update her software, we did. It went from bad to worse. Very unsatisfactory service yet I used to buy from them …I don’t know what changed honestly. I can’t even refer them anymore

My mom bought a phone from mobi trade, iPhone 11 and it only worked well hardly 3months. It had battery issues. They then said she should perhaps update her software, we did. It went from bad to worse. Very unsatisfactory service yet I used to buy from them …I don’t know what changed honestly. I can’t even refer them anymore

Battery Health sucks
I bought an iPhone 11 pro around about November during Black Friday, when I got it battery life was around 89%, I thought wow this is great, I quickly noticed that every 3 days it would drop by a percentage and then I thought maybe I'm not charging it right so i began looking for ways to preserve the battery health, the situation kept getting worse and worse and 3 months later I'm sitting at a battery health of 75%. I would suggest just going to istore to buy your phone instead of these second hands.

worst service
i ordered an iphone 12 pro last week thursday from them . the delivery time on their web is 1-3 days. till now i have not yet received my phone , am being told its coming via PAXI which will be in 7days yet i paid 149 for a door to door delivery, the worst
