It is extremely frustrating that I have to contact Rain every day regarding an ITC number, only to be given non-existent reference numbers. The last reference number provided to me was 45302898, and instead of resolving the issue, I am being sent SIM cards. How am I supposed to use these SIM cards without a phone?I have been given two valid reference numbers, but they are linked to devices that were not ******. Why can the same process not be app**** to the actual device I need to have blacklisted?At this point, it feels like I am not being assisted properly, and the situation is very disappointing.This ongoing situation reflects a lack of proper assistance and resolution. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and that the correct device be blacklisted without further delay.
I got ****** on Sunday 8March 2025 and my iPhone 13 was taken. I've contacted both Rain and Apple to block the device. Rain told me they can't blacklist the phone and to contact the manufacturer (Apple), but Apple hasn't helped either. Neither asked for the IMEI number, but Apple gave me a case number.When I tried to log into my account, I didn't get a confirmation email about the device being locked. I'm worried about the security of my info.The only thing I need now is an ITC number so my insurance can process my claim. I'm really disappointed with both Rain and Apple

My insurance company requires an ITC number to process my claim, and it has been a week since I started this process with no resolution. Despite my daily calls to Rain, I have not received the necessary assistance.
