Two mountains is still refusing to refund my grandmother refund they ignoring emails,they opened up the policy without her consent she didn't even fill out forms yet they *****ulently opened up unauthorized policy they prolonging this whole ordeal since March ,they refusing to cancel this bogus policy,they target specifically pensioners they want to make them feel hopeless and to give up but I'm refusing to give up ,it's been a long 3 months going back and fourth with them it's taking a toll on my grandmother this greedy company can't seem to keep their fingers off her pension,they promised it was cancelled yet they didn't and promised refund still waiting.
Still waiting on my grandmother refund,Two Mountains is refusing to cancel this unauthorized policy that my grandmother never gave consent to,they want to keep her stuck on this policy.Its extremely frustrating each month it's the same story with this ****mers,they **** and said it's cancelled in March yet they still deducting ,it's a constant battle with them,if you guys supposedly submitted her info for cancellation why was there again deductions for May,I'm going to the newspapers with this con artists,they use every tactic and lie, be careful of this insurance *****sters.
Two mountains has been *******ly deducting from my grandmother pension for 3 months straight, they make continuous excuses.They promised that this unauthorized policy will be cancelled yet they keep deducting,it's like they want to keep her attached to this *****ulent policy.After awhile they will ignore emails ,this ****ming pensioners specifically they target the vulnerable elderly,I'm not going to allow two mountains to get away with this ,this ****mers has left my grandmother traumatized by the whole ordeal,each month she has anxiety because she knows two mountains will *******ly deduct again,this company will not move forward they will tell you a whole bunch of lies ,do not trust them
Someone from two mountains signed my grandmother up for policy she never gave consent nor authorised and I sent numerous emails and phoned for them to cancel the policy and refund her money but they very dismissive and makes empty promises,first they said they will refund her within 7 days and now it's 7 days later and they yet have another excuse say now they can't seem to allocate the premium yet they have the policy number,it's wrong to **** the elderly like this ,can someone please do something about this
