I orders on PicknPay Gardens (Cape Town) via the MrD app, my order arrived and there were missing items in my package, I have been reporting this and I’m being told to come in store with the receipt of which it’s unfair to me because it’s their negligence that led to this, I’m very far from Gardens and it’s going to cost me now. It was never indicated in the app that the items are out of stock. I paid for everything in full and now I’m being told to come, for what? No I need this to be fixed. #GROC308047413
I ordered groceries on PicknPay via MrD worth R346 and their driver stated he delivered my order but he did not give it to me, I did not take my order, the only refunded me R20 out of R346, I am requesting my pull payout. Order number: GROC303790874
I ordered my phone on the 27th of February. I never got any tracking number, I have to call them myself and they keep telling me to wait, they only said I can come pickup one Phone and I got a phone in a plastic and no cable which is sooo unprofessional considering how long I have waited for these phones and when I receive one of them, I am getting a phone in a transparent plastic with no cable. They keep telling me to wait but nit keeping any communication with me. Their service is highly unprofessional
