Mangwanani is by far the best spa I've been to. The treatments are so relaxing and refreshing at the same time. The customer service is amazing! The staff are so kind and friendly. The food is great too.
I wrote a complaint on this platform about cartrack and how they debited my account without my consent, and how they've ignored my numerous complaints on the 2nd March 2026, later that day Cartrack called and apologized and said I would be refunded. However I have not been refunded up until today and I have not received any form of feedback either. Cartracks service is so disappointing and I would never recommend anyone using them as they have been giving me the run around since the beginning.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Cartrack salespeople keep asking me to add on services to my plan, one saleswoman told me it was "compulsory" and I needed to have this specific service for an extra R65pm. So she added that and I've been paying for that monthly. Another salesperson calls me to add on something more, when I asked him why do I need to add so many things that's making my debit order so high, he said to me that it is all optional, when I explained to him what had happened with the lady I spoke to, he helped me send through a cancelation for that service. Ever since then I get numerous calls a day saying I need to pay a fee of R50 for cancelation, which I told 3 or 4 different people that called from the accounts department that I will not be paying because this is cartracks fault and the saleswoman that told me "it is compulsory". I asked them to go back and listen to the recordings and see who is at fault. They have never provided me with any feedback. I even sent 2 emails to the complaints department with my story, 2 whatsapp messages and tried to request a call back, with no feedback received to date. On the 28th February cartrack debited my account of R109 for "cancelation" and not R50, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I specifically said on each call "I am not paying cancelation as I am not responsible for this, it was a mistake from your sales team, not me". I have still not received any response, I sent another 2 emails asking why did they debit so much instead of R50. And 2 days before this they debited me for my monthly installment already. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and quite disappointing. The service I've been receiving is so bad I wouldn't want to refer anyone to cartrack. And what makes it worse is debiting my account double and more of the cancelation amount, even when I said I do not agree to pay, multiple times. Are they even allowed to debit my account, having recordings of the calls where I specifically said "no I dont not accept and I will not pay for this"? NO.
