Went to KFC Frankfort on the 28th November 2025. Placed an order using their kiosk machine. The order was successful but immediately after doing the card payment, the machine gave an error. Money was out of the account and was told that I needed to place another order. I placed the order and used cash. I was told it will get reversed it didn’t. Went to the store to get the refund form, submitted all the necessary documents and now that I am supposed to get the refund I am being told that the store wasn’t paid yet money was out of the account even the bank statement clearly shows. I am not happy with the runaround they’re doing. It was not my problem but the store’s that their machines are malfunctioning. Now I am supposed to be going up and down the banks. I am humbly asking to get paid my money back!!! It’s been 3 months now!
Poor online service, call centre agents are rude and impatient. The online application process is too long, some people cannot travel to their offices.
