tried to **** me into an order I didnt place
terrible company and customer serviice.ordered a couch and bed frame. delay after delay, no communication. When furniture arrived IT WAS THE WRONG furniture. The owner tried to blame me despite asking her to look at the invoice and sent her confirmation of the order for rectification. Set meetings and didn't attend. It took over a month to rectify. And only by saying I will take her to small claims court did she agree and attend the meeting. Made her read the order sheet line by line to me, she, the owner, never admitted to her mistake. The factory team looked over the order and fixed it. other companies use the same factory. find them
