I have loged a complaint with African Bank.Some of there staff at the call centeres, does not have manners and treat you like garbage.They list me as a payment skipper for more than a year,althou they every month debit my account via debit order.If you call they say they will lock a querry.I spoke to a lady with the name of Kahu Matabele,received bad service and then asked for a team leader.I hold for about 10 minutes.The person start to speak to me, then dropped the call.She informed me to update it will take 20 days, it did not took them 20 days to mess up my credit profile and name.
Hi, I want to share my experience that I received from Tanya Jooste from the Gosalr team with a request to help change some settings on my system ,tonight after hours.At first she could not lock into my system.She told me ,that she will get someone to help.After about 20 minutes,she called me back and told me she managed to solved the loged in problem and changed the settings.I checked it and found it perfect.She walked more than 5x extra miles,since my system was installed.I would recommend her service and Gosolr to anybody,Thy keep up to there promise.
