Non-Delivery of Order and Outstanding Refund Since January 2026
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. I placed an order for books on 14 January 2026, and to date, they have still not been delivered. Following this, I requested a refund and have made multiple follow-ups, yet there has been no resolution or feedback. This level of service is unacceptable.

Order Not Delivered and No Communication
I ordered a Grade 1 book on 20 January 2026 and was told it would ship between 26–29 January. I have not received the book, nor any communication about the delay. Despite several attempts to contact the company using the details provided on their website, I have received no response regarding feedback or a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and would caution others before ordering.
