Slow internet, rude staff, zero accountability.
Slow, unreliable internet and even worse customer service. I dealt with an agent named Adriaan, who was rude, dismissive, and consistently shifted blame onto me for a billing issue caused by their own systems. There was no accountability or transparency at all. Paying customers deserve better than this. Not worth it. Dont even waste your money!0 replies
