Ok so I left 3 complaints here on this site and all 3 times Vodacom responded and said someone will call it's been a month later and still no one calls

I left a complaint more than once about my line that was suspended the advisors are rude and swear at me I made an arrangement 3 times about the debit order on the 15 and still nothing
If I can score 0 I would have. I made arrangements on my account 3 times they didn't capture the arrangement. I have been speaking to the whole of vodacom I asked managers to call me back more than a month ago. They suspended my Fibre cause they can't update the system correctly. The advisors is shouting and swearing me on the phone.

Good day Nfosa Please see rejection of claim as we challenge the information attached. The roots is not on our side but on the neighbors side and we don't have access to the next door house so we couldn't see the damage of the ****s and roots. The problem only started with the big rains we had over December 2025. This is an unforseen event we couldn't prevent. We also been struggling with a electric fence to be fixed by the insurer been more than a month after approval has been sent then on pay out the have a problem. There has been ******ies in the area and we can be the next target and the broker is taking this lightly. The damage to the fence was due to a break in the insurance claims so I ask you... Have Insurance with Omnisure my broker is FDA on the 9th of December storms demage our electric fence The insurance send a accessor to come and inspected the fence they called said the claim has been approved. We must send the AOL for payment. Now today they called and said there is a problem on payout. This is very bad as our lives are at risk and also the property and no one at FDA and Omnisure don't care about the safety of their clients. I am letting the world know if something happen to us or our goods at this address we will keep them accountable for everything.
