Prescribed letter
Dmc i have being asking them for my prescribe letter and the keep on telling me that my debt was interpreted as i made a payment of R50 of which i did not make and the failed to produce to me the proof of payment that they said i made on that date, can DMC please provide me with the necessary request1 reply

Prescribed letter
Failure to provide prescribed letters since October 2025 up until to date everytime when i call they keep on tell me that they still investigating they going back and forth with this matter and its affecting my credit profile because they even made the total amount that i was owing as my installment3 replies
