Poor After-Sales Support and No Real Accountability
Feeling genuinely sad and disappointed. I bought a Fiat 500 from Renault Bryanston, and it broke down with a major gearbox/actuator/TCM fault about 6 months later (we’ve been without the car since 22 Dec 2025), 5 days out of warranty. When I asked for the promised RWC and 101-point check reports, I was given the run-around and documents were repeatedly said to be “attached” but weren’t. I was simply told it’s “out of warranty” and that repairs are at my cost. Very poor after-sales support and no real accountability. I do not suggest buying a car from this dealership.0 replies
