Had a repair Nov 2025. Items ****** out my car. Paint peeling after a few months. Called over and over , been there twice. Their managers not calling back. They promised to call each time. I cannot afford to hire a vehicle while they fix their mistake. Promised to give me a courtesy car still awaiting feedback.
My father passed away and trying to cancel his contract has been a nightmare with MTN. Bluff branch scanned all relevant documents to deceased dept. Told to follow up. For over a month I haven't been able to speak to anyone to follow up. Get passed from one person to the next, one number to the next. On hold forever just to constantly be cut off. Having to explain my situation again and again. No one seems to know who to speak to. No one in Legal department can help and profile doesn't exist but have a letterhead with their reference. It is emotional enough having to close his account then having to deal with this.
Had a puncture on the M4S this morning under first bridge right by where all the homeless people live. Called Discovery only to get asked so many questions at the same time pleading with them to send assistance and explained my location. Why didn't the Discovery device pick up my location. Waited for WhatsApp to send pin but also trying to protect myself from 6 homeless men walking by my car. Praying that a car or truck wasn't going to knock my me. 25 minutes no one came. My husband got there quicker to help change my tyre. I had my daughter in my car so imagine my panic trying to navigate the situation.
