I bought a vehicle at Auction Nation in Durban. They sent us an invoice around 19:00 on Tuesday and by 20:00, I had already settled the invoice. I emailed the transport department on Wednesday, I got no response, yesterday I phone about 6 times and sent 2 follow ups but no response. Today I sent another follow up and called twice, still nothing. Apparently only one person works in the transport department. It left me wondering if they cant deliver an invoice via email, what about a whole car? Please what is the way forward and please do not give me the email address [email protected] because its useless. Its either the lady who works there is the most *********** human being I have ever encountered or she is too swamped since she is the only one. Please look into this and get her to work or get someone to assist her.
