Placed and paid for an order online on [URL Removed] on 06/08/2015 for PlayStation 4 Console with Drive club game. Received confirmation that order and payment had been received. Monday 10/08 Received email advising tracking number would be sent and packaged received within 48 hours which at the very latest would be Thursday 13/08. By the Thursday still had not received parcel or tracking number. Tried contacting on provided website contact number this has not EVER been answered in over a week. Sent numerous emails, was advised that package would be delivered before Friday 14/08 end of business or latest 15/08 Noon, Still no package. Further follows ups I eventually received a tracking number however Speed Services track and trace find nothing! We now 8 days since package was meant to be sent and still nothing. It has become quite evident that Netwares cannot deliver and to try contact them to arrange a refund is impossible. BEWARES REEKS OF SCAM!
Order was placed with Angelique on 14 July for 6 cupboard doors with Hinges supplied. The next morning i emailed again asking to please put hinges on hold as we need specific hinges. I emailed an image of hinges required and was advised they dont do these, I replied that was fine we would sort out ourselves. A revised letter was sent confirming that the hinges would be removed from order. Angelique then advises that they have however already drilled the holes for the hinges despite me advising to please hold off on the Hinges. So we now have cupboard doors that we have paid a deposit for with holes for hinges that we dont want. On taking it up with Angelique she was quick to point out but you advised to put the HINGES on hold not the HINGE HOLES. Seriously?? What holes have been drilled for when the Hinges required you do not do???? I have visited Multchoice in Kimberley to find out if the MNET has been cancelled and they confirmed that this was done. On the 23/07, I paid R343-00 and on the 04/8, I paid another R415-47 via debitorder. <br> <br> When I phoned in this morning, only the R779 and the R415-47 appeared on my account. I tried to get the itemized use age from Vodacom but was told I need to go through autopage??? I have since removed the data sim from my iPad after receiving the invoice and now once again I have another bill of R3000 for July use age??I understand you want you customers to exceed their data cap without them knowing in order to charge ridiculous amounts but at least if you going to steal your clients money supply them with all the documents and billing required to prove the usage. I told the agent that called me that i refuse to so much for a phone that is still under warranty. The guy then told me that he would call me back and never did. In January I did an upgrade while still waiting for them to get back to me. A month ago i called mtn and ended up having to hang up because of their waiting period on the line. Today I went back to the mnt shop to find out what was happening with my phone as nobody has bothered to call me, again I left as the repair center was not picking up the phone. Prudence (the lady that assisted me) then took down my detail and called me back now letting me that mtn has actually sold my phone due to none payment. <br> I find that very strange that I have had a contract with mtn for 10 years and all of a sudden they would sell my phone without my consent. Its shocking that mtn being such a huge company they would treat their customers in such a despicable manner. One of the vehicle registration is CA 32199. Another one of your branded staff vehicles was driving on Blauberg road, at excess of 90km/h thru a red robot and nearly took me out as well.
