I am extremely disappointed with the service from One Juice. I placed an order for a 3-day cleanse over 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication from their side. I have sent multiple emails and tried reaching out via social media, but there has been absolutely no response. It is unacceptable for a company to take payment and then ignore their customers entirely. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, it feels like a ****. I would strongly caution others against ordering from One Juice until they address their service and communication issues. I expect either immediate delivery of my order or a full refund without any further delay.
I am extremely disappointed with Fastway Couriers’ service. I have been waiting for my parcel since 19 December, which is completely unacceptable. The delivery attempts are poorly handled, with excuses such as “consignee not found” or “business closed”, yet no proper communication was made by the delivery drivers to resolve this. No calls, no meaningful attempts to contact me — just failed delivery notes. Trying to get assistance from the call centre has been just as frustrating. The feedback provided is vague and unhelpful, with no real solutions or accountability. I’ve received absolutely no clarity on when or if my parcel will be delivered. This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care. I would not recommend Fastway Couriers based on this shocking level of service.
