I am very disappointed with the service. Being passed from pillar to post is draining. I called the company and they assured me that my order will be delivered today at 3pm. Mind you the order is late. Now someone else calls me and tells me my order will be delivered at 6am tomorrow because my area is a high risk area. How are they sure it’s safe at 6am compared to during the day. Worst part I can’t even cancel it yet they don’t want to deliver. They should have rejected the order if they think it’s not safe to deliver it because my address is visible the moment the order comes through.
I am very disappointed with the delivery guys. I haven never received even a text about the delivery hence i was not even notified when my order will be delivered. It was marked as unsuccessful. When i click on the reattempt delivery link it says my contract number is wrong? How can my contact number be wrong? Worst part they told one of the tenants that they do not have my phone number to communicate
