NEVER TO BIG A BRAND TO CARE ABOUT QUALITY
I have a serious quality issue of top rated boots. No reply and you cant log returns online. Spent hours trying to deal with this. You are never too big to care about quality or customer service? I hope when staff come back to work early Jan I hear from someone with real solutions and assistance. I will not let this go.0 replies
