Hi Hellopeter.com! I need help retrieving my parcel.i sent paxi using store to home service on the 15 th December 2025.i only received the drop off sms and the second sms that shows the parcel is moving ..the estimated date was on the 22 December 2025.i got no communication from the courier regarding my parcel.when I called paxi on the 24th they told me that my parcel was collected by the receiver on the 23th where else it's false.i told them no parcel was received and there was no communication from the courier.then they called the courier team to find out what's going on.they said they rescheduled the parcel for today's date.the will drop it at a pep home.i will get an sms.but today I tracked it again online,the status suddenly changed from "on route to delivery" to "in transit"...this is the fourth time now my parcel status keeps changing from "on route to delivery"to "in transit" iam worried because Paxi is not doing enough to help retrieve the parcel or to at least reach its destination.they keep telling me that they sent an email to the courier department.if they don't see that email there is nothing they can do I must wait for 20 days.I am worriesd.I think the courier took my parcel for themselves because the way its status keeps changing,but the parcel don't reach its destination
