vox charging for fiber service for 1 week before the installation
Vox billing me "prorata" for a week before the installation of my fiber,so they added(instead of deducting) the extra week to my debit order..so my debit order did not go through because of the extra amount,plus they charge a month in advance aswell,so its a double amount..now my account is suspended,plus an extra R35 for debit order failure.And nobody on the whatsapp channel can give u a clear answer and all automated replies on the emails.And i have not had wifi for 3days now..

Pay just now worse customer service ever
Its been more than 6 weeks now,ive written a conplaint on Halopeter 2 weeks back and stil no reply from "pay just now"..u cant call them because u get a voice automated response and it cuts u off saying the operaters are busy,u cant email them because they reply by saying chat to them on the app,the app says u must email...so u cant get your refund,tue merchant that i bought from does not get hold of them either...so its been 6 weeks now,sending 2 to 3 emails a week and no response

PAY JUST NOW with zero customer service
I bought a ring from a mercahnt SHINY ROCK POLISHED using my pay just now,i made the first payment on the 25th of november,SHINY ROCK POLISHED could not delivered when they were supposed to deliver and said i would get a refund,its the 27th of december now,more them 2 weeks since my refund was promised,when u use the PAY JUST NOW APP u dont get any service..ive sent emails with zero reply...luckily the account i use to make payments is a separate account so i dont leave money in it,so the second payment was suppose to go of for an item i havent received and u cant contact them because they dont respond to your emails

Very very bad service from SHINY ROCK POLISHED,NEVER will i recommend them
I bought a ring from them on the 25th of November using my pay just now,only after i made the first payment they said it would take 2 weeks to manufacture the ring...after 2 and a half weeks i emailed them and they said there was a defect on the the ring and they would need to remanufacture it so its another 2 weeks...i said i needed it before christmas and they said they wil refund the payment..so i bought a ring from american swiss to get ingaged on christmas eve...its the 27th december now and no refund and no reply from them,the second payment was suppose to come of but luckily its a account i only use for purchases,so i dont leave money there...but no reply from them of pay just now
