Its 4 days and we still dont have fibre they promise to call me and nobody called me we dont even have wifi is this the service they give. They dont even have a technician in the area what kind of company is that with no back up service3 replies

I paid my account on the 1/12/2025 until this day they cant find my payment. Sent countless e mails nd made calls nd my line was suspenden becouse they cant find my payment. Im listed on credit burea but i dont owe vodacom money. I asked to speak to the supervisor we not allowed to4 replies
