Returned an item due to a wrong size. Was given a gift card. Tried to use the gift card online, but it says enter a valid gift code. Emailed Edgars, no response
Made purchases online at Clicks. Balance was refunded back onto Clicks clubcard because the items were out of stock. Checked my balance and an amount was outstanding and not refunded to me. With numerous emails and spoke to the agents from call center. Still no help or refund. Even tho i was told that i would be given feedback and a call. No help from 08 December
Logged a return around the 22nd of November. A month has passed. With numerous emails and reference numbers. No courier arrived for pick up of return. Return was then canceled by company. I had to long in another return for the same product to be picked up. Same story, no pick up.
