Poor Service and No Progress for 2 Years – Cape Town Legal Consultants

I am extremely frustrated with the poor service and lack of professionalism from Cape Town Legal Consultants. It has now been close to two years since my ex-husband and I approached them for assistance in removing an incorrect debt review status that was placed on our names by another company. From the beginning, this matter has been urgent for us as we are fully capable of paying our debts and want our credit records cleared. However, the service we have received has been completely unacceptable. We have repeatedly submitted all the required documents as requested. Each time we follow up, we are either ignored for long periods or asked to resubmit the exact same documents again. There has been no clear progress, no proper communication, and no accountability. Recently, we contacted the company that originally placed us under debt review and were informed that our status is Code C, which means the matter was never even taken to court. This should make the removal process quicker and simpler. We immediately shared this information with Cape Town Legal Consultants, but still, nothing has been done. We are tired of being sent in circles. This delay is negatively affecting our financial lives, and we are losing trust in their ability to assist us. At this point, we demand: • Immediate action on our case • Clear communication and updates • A resolution to have our names removed from debt review without any further delays Alternatively, if they are unable to deliver on their service, we demand a full refund so that we can move to another company with a good reputation that is capable of resolving this matter.

I owe netstar nothing

Good day I am very concerned with how things are between Netstar and I. I wrote a review a while ago and they said they will look in to my account, yet I still get calls from rude agents who claim to be acting on behalf of Netstar. I owe Netstar nothing according to how I know. Can Netstar please show me which months they claim that I am owing them. And can they please show me our contract, which am confident clearly states that we had a 3 year contract. The 3 years that ended September 2024

Bad experience from Netstar

Very bad experience. I bought my car in 2021 September, they installed their device which I was told will be a 3 year contract. I no longer have that car since 2024 June but have been paying until around April this year. I then decided not to pay any more because anyway we are no longer in contract since it was a 3 year one, so the 3rd year ended in 2024 September. Now I have been handed over, getting calls like crazy that I owe around R700. I asked them for a simple thing, a policy document as well as the statements from 2021. How do I owe when it should’ve run from a month to month because we no longer have a contract. Can you please intervene Hellopeter
