Ridiculous rules
I am very disappointed. I went Miladys whale coast mall to pay my daughter's account as I do every month. I was informed that I need her physical card to pay the account. This is ridiculous as I want to pay not buy. Now I have to drive all the way home, collect the card and drive all the way back to pay the account. I can not understand why I need the physical card to pay the account. How can I ***** my own money when I am paying a account. Now I will be charged interest for late payment.

Non delivery of orders
I ordered something online in 2025 and I have not received anything. After many emails all they tell me is the issue has been resolved. This is useless. *********** and unacceptable.

Very poor online help from Leroy Merlin
I ordered something online and has not received it after a month of begging. Every time I send a email I get a reply of "case esalated' or 'case closed' with no result. I still haven't received my product. This is ridiculous service.
