Do not use Rhenus Logistics

This has been the worst experience I've had with a logistics company. I've now spent over an hour, on two separate occasions, trying to track down my package. I was patient when it was late yesterday, but today the tracker still shows it hasn't even been loaded onto a driver's truck. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this delivery service.
