Vodacom has always been good to me and for this reason I have more than 2 contracts with them. But this is now the second time I try to do an upgrade on my exsisting contract and it wont allow me to take the deal. Only on a new contract. The excuses range from its a downgrade. I maybe behind on my payments,etc. New contract I qaulify so its not the problem and I have been batteling for almost 2 weeks now. The deals they offer me on upgrade is not what I want. Please Vodacom can you sort this problem once and for all and not tell me 48hrs just to tell me today another 4 bussiness days. Its so simple I qaulify for upgrade. I have money in the bank. I have never missed a vodacom payment in 20 years and you can see all on your system. What happend to your service delivery and keeping your loyal customers happy and retaining them?
My sister recently upgraded her fibre to 40mbs download. Logged a complaint and sent them the speed test one showing 32 mbs and another today 21mbs. It was checked with lan cable and wifi at the router. People I had the same issue and for this reason left Vodacom fibre and went with mweb and got best service with them till today. I received my Samsung Galaxy A53 5g and Galaxy watch 5 from Vodacom on my upgrade. Its now 3 days later and countless calls and Vodacom is still not able to get my One number and Esim working on my Galaxy Watch 5. Please Vodacom can you please get an expert onto this problem for I have gotten countless conflicting stories on the issue even that the Galaxy watch 5 Esim does not work only for Apple devices
I have noticed I am due for an upgrade on my number on one of my vodacom contracts. Well I browsed on the internet and found a deal that I want. When I try to upgrade my number when logged in it wont allow me to upgrade and only gives me the expensive deals that I can upgrade. Im a long time loyal customer with over 10 years with Vodacom and now it wot allow me to take the upgrade deal I wont and only allows recommended deals that I can upgrade. It will allow if I take a new contract to get this deal Samsung A53 5G awsome black+ Samsung galaxy Watch 5 on a Red Flexi 245 Top Up for R548 on x24 months Very disappointed as it seems they want to rip me off as they are doing on my current contract I fell for. I uave given Vodacom fibrea chance and it was a mistake. They have replied on Hellopeter that they would be in contact. Nothing has happened. I am trying desperately to cancel their service because Im paying R700 for a 10/10 line where as Other service providers are offering 35/25 line for R639. As you can see Vodacom is not responding after even logging the line cancelation SR210705-793750. I can not apply for a new service provider as long as they hang on to the fibre line. Its realy bad bad. Vodacom what must I do????
Vodacom has been good for me for years so I decided to get Vodacom fibre. Its a big big mistake. Firstly I aplied in October 2020 and my Fibre only installed in May 2021. I can still live with that but now I am paying R600 for a 10 meg line where as Mweb is offering a 35mb/s download and 25mb/s up at my address for R639. I want to give vodacom fibre a chance but they are not coming to the table. I am going to compare them and post it on our Comunity Facebook page for they are over charging and limeted speed.
Vodacom not helping me and others in our district that has New fibre and multiple resident's are considering canceling due to No assistance from Vodacom Fibre. Me myself are unfortunately stuck for now with them. Whem I applied for the fibre in October 2020 the lowest speed was 10/10, Fibre was only installed last month but the new lowest speed in 2021 is 15/15. Also stuck with old modem. It seems vodacom not interested in fixing their mistake
I applied for Vodacom fibre in October 2020. And would have heen live in November/December2020. But I cant blame Vodacom for that for they dont install the fibre line. Problem is at the time I applied for the bottom package was a 10/10Mbps. Now the lowest is a 15/15Mbps. But No one seems to be able to help me to get it to the 15/15Mbps package. Vodacom has always served me well but now im stuck with this 10/10Mbps and now im wondering must I cancel and select another service provider. Just wish they could help me out. Atleast Vodacom sorted the duplicate order for me.
We currently have a Samsung Vacuum Cleaner and it requiers a spare belt( ********** ). We were refered to one of the Contracted repair centres Named "Liptronics" ********** 226. They never phone back and They are unable to help after numerous attempts. Tge lady at reception said maybe Monday. Sorry Samsung but these guys are dragging your name through the mud.
