On the 7th of march this year ,I made and advance electricity purchase of R50 of which the bank never generated a token for but the transaction went through ,I called into the customer service line to only be told the matter will be escalated but never was . I was never called to be updated on the case till to date . I called again a number of times to be driven from pillar to post yet no assistance was offered,they went as far as hanging up my calls . They deducted the R50 payment from my account for the electricity that I never received 17 days later .Thats just *****
We have a problem with the caretaker . We have reported a lot of stuff that was problematic with our unit but he never adheres to any ,currently we reported the plumbing that it’s faulty and it leaks, we reported this more than five times and still he doesn’t get back to us .Today we got the bill and the water is sky high cause of the unresolved leaks off which we tried to call him again he hung up on us . The caretaker is Isaac Madaka.
