My family cinema how to get my money back.
Been using the site on and off. Tried to renew the monthly this month of 75 but then took 780 out of my account and the site is no longer existing. Can not contact them and when requesting the bank to reverse the transaction they require invoice and my family cinema does not send documentation. So excelated the matter but they can not do the refund and get my money back. Anyone sitting with the same issue or how can i actually get help to get my money back. This is ridiculous.0 replies
