bad serivce
Wonga has a good service when it comes to proving quick loans but their paid up system is very bad and disappointing because ive been receiving an email from Blake and Wonga that my acc is in arrears however when speaking to an agent they see the payment was made last year September and ive asked numerous time for them to remove my details because they giving me a bad credit score. I have sent many proof of paid up letters and my account is being raided under a bad payer, I'm urging this to be fixed

their system is messed up and not updated when it comes to a customer's profile, ive been receiving emails from them about my wonga account and the account was paid off since last year sept 2025, ive spoken to several agents from Blake saying that they will remove my name because the account has been paid up
