McDonald’s Skinner Street filled with highly *********** people why don’t understand the importance of customer service.
I went to McDonalds Skinner street to buy an ice Cream Cone. I was not happy with the product, I expressed this in a polite and respectful manner and one of the crew members started questioning me with so much attitude. I still clearly expressed that I wasn’t happy with the product and requested a refund since he was not willing to listen to me, but he resorted to calling his other colleagues so that they can give me attitude collectively. I waited for 10 minutes in the car park while having a back and forth with the manager who denied me my refund, indicating that I would need to give them my banking details for them to process the refund of just R10. Clearly McDonald’s Skinner street does not value customer service and we are forced to take items we aren’t happy with. In addition, the employees lack basic decorum! Never going back there!

Evident Lack of customer service training at Builders Warehouse Wonderpark
Received poor service from Builders Warehouse Wonderpark. I went in to return an item. The lady at the exchange/ refunds till was on a WhatsApp Video call talking to a friend and I had to wait for her to finish before she could assist me. She also asked how she could assist and grabbed the till-slip from me before I could even finish explaining. When I got to the aisle of the item I came to exchange I bumped into a guy , had to greet him, and ask him to show me the item I was looking for. He then pointed me to the items and left me in the aisle, confused. Luckily a kind gentlemen came to assist and ensure I got what I was looking for. Builders warehouse wonderpark needs to train ALL their staff members on proper customer service as some of them are highly unprofessional!!

Experienced very rude and unprofessional Customer Service from a cashier called NOXOLO
I went to KFC Sandton at 8:30 am, when they have the breakfast menu displayed. I got to Noxolo who was the cashier and asked her if it's possible to order a bucket for 1 as it wasn't displayed on the breakfast menu. She indicated that it would be possible, and my order was processed. As I was waiting for my order, I decided to go to the bathroom. When I came back, it seemed as though my order was ready for collection. When i went to collect Noxolo deliberately walked past me, assisted other customers while i stood there waiting. she then looked at me and said she called my order number out several times and I wasn't there. I then asked whether I was not supposed to go to the bathroom and she insisted that she had called me several times. This is extremely unprofessional and rude more especially because I wasn't asking her to go beyond her call of duty. It felt as though, according to her, i wasn't supposed to go anywhere, but stand there and wait for my order and that I deserve to be ignored and wait for her to decide when I can get my order.
