A BUNCH OF MONEY *****ERS
My mother submitted a funeral claim on the 5th of August 2025. Till date no payout was received, policy is active and up to date. When we call, the consultants say claim is being processed. It has been 3 months now. We call every week but no help is received, I have report Easy pay to the Ombudsman because you guys are failing to provide us with the assistance we require.1 reply
