Worst sneaker shop!
I bought a pair of sneakers from Court Order, I then returned the sneakers because I wasn’t happy with their state. I was refunded the first time and got a gift card. I then made an order for Black Jordan 1’s, waited 2 weeks to be informed they weren’t in stock. I was then given another refund and gift card. I made another order for a pair of Nike Dunks and today, yet again, I was called by one of your reps stating that they didn’t have this in stock. I have never had such a disappointing customer experience. I spoke to a rep on the phone who could only apologise and tell me in future I should call him directly, like they are doing me a favour. Why have stuff on your website that you don’t have in stock and then make it the customers duty to follow up. I have insisted on wanting my refund in the form of money returned into my account, I don’t believe I must use my money in a place that has given me such a poor experience. Whatever you do. Please don’t buy anything from Court Order. What was intended to be a fun retail therapy exercise is now a full on nightmare.
